Chicken BBQ 2023 Info

This Sunday, May 7, after the 10am service, there will be a meeting of the committee chairs.

This year our annual chicken BBQ will be Saturday, July 8 from 3pm-7pm. Dinners will cost $15 each and there will be no presale dinner tickets. Again, we are having an “old style” affair with dinners served both on-site and drive-thru. We are hoping to have the pavilion available for use for the BBQ. We will again raffle off a pair of seats to Shea’s Theatre. These are center stage, including opening night, 7 touring performances. Raffle tickets are being sold for $5 each or $20 for 5. We need everyone’s support in selling these prior to the BBQ.

Anyone wishing to sponsor a veterans dinner for $10 should put their donation in the collection plate in a separate envelope.

There will be a sign-up sheet in the foyer for BBQ helpers.
