Greetings in the Name of the Risen Lord.

Welcome

Welcome to St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church. My name is Fr. Earle King, and I've had the privilege of serving as Rector at St. Martin's for over 20 years. St. Martin's is a wonderful place to worship and serve the Lord. Let me tell you a little bit about it.

Location

St. Martin's is located on Grand Island, about a half mile north of the intersection of Baseline Road and Grand Island Boulevard -- just north of the old Sidway School. There is ample parking, and we are handicapped accessible. Visitors are always welcome.  Directions

About our Parish Community

St. Martin's is a growing congregation, with approximately 150 people at the combined services on Sunday morning. We are a diverse group, with all ages represented. All baptized persons are welcome to receive communion at St. Martin's. This includes youngsters. Often, visitors are surprised to find that virtually all our youngsters (including infants) receive communion. Youngsters are always welcome in worship. Many youngsters join in gathering around the altar during the Eucharistic prayer. We believe that we are a child-friendly church.

Our Sunday morning schedule

Our Sunday schedule is as follows:

8:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite
9:00 a.m. - Christian Education
10:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II

Child care is available from 7:55 till 11:00. Coffee Hour follows.

Christian Education Program and Youth

Our Christian Education program meets during the school year, Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m., for all ages. It is never to late to join; we would love to have you.  We employ the Journey to Adulthood program for our teens.
