Greetings in the Name of the Risen Lord.
Welcome
Welcome to St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal
Church. My name is Fr. Earle King, and I've had the privilege of serving as
Rector at St. Martin's for over 20 years. St. Martin's is a wonderful place
to worship and serve the Lord. Let me tell you a little bit about it.
Location
St. Martin's is located on Grand Island, about a
half mile north of the intersection of Baseline Road and Grand Island
Boulevard -- just north of Sidway School. There is ample parking,
and we are handicapped accessible. Visitors are always welcome.
Directions
About our Parish Community
St. Martin's is a growing congregation, with
approximately 125 people at the combined services on Sunday morning. We are
a diverse group, with all ages represented. All baptized persons are welcome
to receive communion at St. Martin's. This includes youngsters. Often,
visitors are surprised to find that virtually all our youngsters (including
infants) receive communion. Youngsters are always welcome in worship. Many
youngsters join in gathering around the altar during the Eucharistic prayer.
We believe that we are a child-friendly church.
